Hi Billy,
I believe Norton Ghost might be the best software, but I can't speak for its
accessibility. Also, I believe Nero 8 or 9 might be able to do it.
You probably won't want to go near Norton with a 10 foot collapsable cane,
but you can ask around about Nero products.
