I wonder if any users of the Virgin Media V plus box could contact me off list, as there seems to be a problem on the audio described channel 853, which does not occur on the ordinary set top boxes. Virgin Media are as usual blaming everyone but themselves for the problem and have now stopped trying to rectify the fault. So I've got to try and identify the source of the problem myself to put pressure on VM to do something about it. Its not a fault at my end as the box has been changed and the cable has been checked twice. I'd just like to know if anyone else is finding problems with 853 with AD switched on using the V plus box.
