Nope, they don't do anything. They do easy-to-see stuff, but nothing with
speech output.

Jim I understand cobalt systems do phones and might have something to meet
your needs, though they can be more expensive than the ones got in
main-stream stores. however as it is accessability you are looking for
you may not mind spending the additional money.

Looking for a reasonably accessible land line handset with answer phone
and remote access. I know that most modern devices have remote access,
but I'm looking for a device that will give me some feed back re missed
calls etc.
