I have just tried Five live using accessible BBc, and like you, get the message it is unavailable. However, using iPlayer and entering on the "pop-out player"button can get Five Live with Victoria Derbyshire. Hope this is of some help.

Thanks for the suggestion, Bruce -seemed a reasonable explanation at the time, but... I have just tried Five Live at 7 am this morning using the BBCiplayer Listen Again in Webbie,
and it still gives the same message!

I still wonder whether the bBC are making some changes which may be causing the problem.
