I got the same message yesterday and upgraded. I'm not noticing a great deal of
difference with the running of it but it asked if you want an AVG tool bar
installed. I meant to say no but pressed the wrong button. I find it, like
other tool bars, a little irritating. Any help in how to remove it would be
appreciated.
I use the paid for version so can't help with locating the free upgrade.

I got this morning a message from AVG that all of Avg8 users, have to upgrade
until April 30, to version 8.5.
Has Anyone else got it?
BTW, I have difficulties to find the installation file of Free Avg8.5.
Avg make it not easy to get it.
Any help is greatly appreciated
