[access-uk] Windows Vista again

I had decided not to go the vista route and have deleted the emails I did
receive, I'm afraid. Looks like it might be back on, so;
Could someone remind me what it is important to turn off in Vista? Was it
UBT or UVT or something like that?
I have a list of settings I want done by the pc shop on the first run of
windows, and this may as well be set by them too.
