Hello again Joe,

Thanks for replying. I'm not sure you suggest that all of this might not be immediately clear!

This is all much more ambiguous when you are actaully on the website than it need be. I would p[ropose that you chang ethe ambiguous heading types of: Regular, Low and High to such as Send Immediately, Place at the bottom of my bookshelf for future reading and Place high on my bookshelf for future reading.

John.

Hi

Pirate latitudes will be in the post today for you. If you want to place a
title on your bookshelf for future reading just change the wish type to
'Request' when adding the title (I have done this for the other titles you
recently selected). This means that it will not be sent out until the wish type
is changed to Regular or High (currently only we can do this so you would need
to email or call us). You can select titles that are unavailable to go on your
wish list (bookshelf). If you would like a title that is currently unavailable
to come out to you as soon as a copy is available change the wish type to High.

Hope this makes sense but let me know if you have any other queries.

Regards

Joe

Hello Joe,

Instead, I wouldlike:

Crichton, Michael -  Pirate latitudes

Would you also place The Quiet American on my PBS/Wish List for reading
as soon as it is again available.

By the way,I've just been browsing your online Library lists and
selected several titles for future reading. Please confirm that, when
you place a book on your Wish List this means it is for future reading
and not immediate reading. If such a selection means you are requesting
it for immediate reading, please explain how you make a selection for
future reading. This used to be called placing a title on your Personal
Bookshelf.

additionally, do any books you have selected for your Wish List but
which are not available automatically get put onto your list for future
reading?

John.

Dear Mr Wilson

Apologies for the delay in responding to your request below. The reason for
this delay was that we only had one copy of The quiet American left and this
has been damaged. We no longer have a master file for this so cannot just run
another copy off. Given that this title is considered a classic it has now been
put forward to be re-transcribed but this will obviously take some time. Would
you like to choose another book in the meantime?
