Hi Andy,

Have you been in touch with your local TV Arial installer?
They are about the only people who can really advise you for
certain.  Why not try ordering one?  They will either refuse
right away, or if they fail to install, you can refuse to
pay on the grounds that the television people advised
otherwise, publicly on the Internet

It's entirely possible that although you do not have line of
sight to what you believe is the local transmitter, that
they may be able to pick up a signal from elsewhere.
