Andy, I'm not sure, but I can run WMP11 with JAWS 8 with no problems. Maybe
you should uninstall WMP11, which in turn will revert back to WMP10, and see
how it goes. Hope that helps.

Subject: [access-uk] WMP issue

Hi all -

When I open WMP11, it appears to unload JFW [6.2]. after using a hot key to
reload JFW, when I go to the desk top to select a programme via it's short
cut key, each key press is followed by the clunk sound that seems to suggest
something is wrong, even though things seem to be working.

Anybody know why any of the above happens?? -

Andy
