On here is the UK prompts (but older) version of the Victor FW (VRC 102). The chances are that this is the version you have installed.
With the US prompts:

The VRC102 version is a lot newer if you want the US prompts.

hi guys, anyone gotta CD of the firm upgrade for the Victor Classic 2.3.0.
This is the machine with the press buttons, and not the turny nobs, lol.
Hope someone can help, I have already asked RNIB for this upgrade, but
have never been sent it.
