[access-uk] Using old version of Hal with IE7

Hello James,
I am using Hal 6.53 with IE7, and I believe web visum only works with
firefox. when I go to a web page with a CAPTCHA Link, I cannot highlight
the image to copy it to the clipboard for submission to web visum for
translation. I will be having a chat with Mark smith on Monday, who agrees
the audio alternative is next to useless.
