[access-uk] Update on my Video Problem

Hi,
I've just done a complete reinstall of the K-Lite Codec Pack, and this time I
installed all of the components, where as before I only had a few installed. I
now have a bigger problem, the audio of videos is now completely
unrecognisable, where as before it just had a faint crackle in the background.
