[access-uk] Update - Sonus 1XT Problem

Chris,

Your suggestion has worked a treat.  Thanks very much for thinking of the
factory re-set which didn't occur to me.  I've never had any trouble with
the Sonus 1XT in the two years I've owned it and so have never needed to
re-set it before.  In fact I'd forgotten that it was even possible to do so.
I'll certainly keep this tip for future reference if it ever starts
misbehaving again.

Hi, try resetting the radio to factory defaults. This can be achieving by
pressing and holding the menu key until it says, "press tune to confirm
factory reset". Do that, and your radio will reset back to factory settings.
