[access-uk] Universial PDF or Standard PDF for Accessability

I am not aware of the difference of universial pdf with standard pdf when it
comes to accessability for screen readers such as Jaws, etc. Furthermore with
Universial pdf how would this work in terms of translation in to Braille by
means of Duxbury or reading on a Braille display?
