Hi all.

I've been unable to delete a number of messages from Windows Mail. I visited my message store and deleted the store as well as my in-box, but on re-boot, JAWS announces Microsoft Mail, Storage Recovery, and gives me all the messages back. I've attempted to delete these messages a number of times, but they just keep on multiplying.

A list member from Blind VISTA advises me to turn Windows Restore off, undertake the task, then turn it back on again.

I've a couple of questions;

1. Can anyone tell me how to turn Windows Restore off.
2. Can anyone tell me how to delete and re-install Windows Mail, and
3, Can anyone shine any light on why when I want to delete a message, Windows is saying, "An unknown error has occurred"

Fingers crossed that someone can come up with the answer.

Thanks in advance.

Best wishes.
Andy.
