Hi, you're right about accessing the add file/folder by pressing the alt key, but I'm having a different problem. I go through the process of adding files but when I look they don't show up in the library - apart from Audible files which I have no problem adding. I've done some Googling and I've read about people having a similar problem when the names of the files they're trying to add contain symbols like - and ~ and /. I've taken all symbols out of the filenames of the files I'm having trouble with but its not worked. All I can think of is that its something to do with the way that the file has been saved which is causing Windows or iTunes a problem. I've changed bit rates and done some resampling but that didn't make any difference either. I'm stumped tbh...cheers anyway -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of yusuf Sent: 19 August 2005 19:02 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: Unable to add songs to iTunes library Hi, When your in Itunes if you press the alt key you will enter the menue, press cursor down until you get to either add file to library or add folder to library which is below it. From what I remember you are then presented in a dialogue that should allow you to tab and shift tab around in the same way as the open dialogue in word. I hope that helps, I'm not using the version you are but the earlier one.
