Of course it does! Silly me. I was pressing the Start Button, arrowing up and down then tabbing to shut down computer. Alt F4 is much less complicated. Particularly after a couple of beers. Thanks.

Hi Andy,

To do this you can just press alt+F4 whilst on the desktop - this will get to the same place as the turn off computer option in the start menu.
