[access-uk] Time to buy a digital radio

Forgot to mention that you can get DAB radios for around the £25 mark. I
have one which came from Woolworths so that one is obviously not available,
but I believe Tesco and Argos sell one for around that figure. No idea how
good or how accessible it is.
