There are catalogues giving information about the companies that will be
there, adverts from the companies that you can read and details of where the
companies are situated but, particularly if you know nothing about the
field, how do you know which stands to go to in order to see the kind of
product you are interested in?

Hi, this is the problem I've encountered at Sight Village, even with having a guide! Mind you, the guides we bring from our local blind assoc aren't erm.... exactly clued up as it were.

I am not being critical here as I know it is difficult to get this
information from all companies but I for one have missed interesting
products at sight village through not even knowing they were being
displayed.

Tell me about it! When I hear of what others have come across, I could kick myself for not being there, wishing I'd have known about particular products. Mind you, as I say, the guides we've had probably wouldn't be able to find what I was speficically looking for. I can't get a local guide from SV itself as, they are always all taken.

Mind you, I'd still go again *smile*.
