Hi, can you not get this through Taskbar and Start Menu Properties? Go into the start menu, press the context key, and go into taskbar and start menu properties, and I think you'll find it there.

Cheers
Dave

Roger, There is probably a keyboard method, but I've not
found it yet, so if you can get hold of a mouse user, here's
what to ask them to do.

With the mouse pointer just about the Taskbar, move it
slowly down over the top of the Taskbar until the pointer
changes into a vertical up and down arrow. Hold down the
left mouse button and drag down until the Taskbar is only
one line high.

Once you have done this, right click on a blank area of the
Taskbar, and click on "Lock the Taskbar". It won't then
change size accidentally.

George.

Hi All

The taskbar has suddenly started to show 2 lines of entries.
The system tray
is showing half on the top line and the remainder on the
second line with
the time on the top and the day on the next.

I can't find why this has started to happen or how to revert
it back to the
single line it's always been so any help would be
appreciated.

Many thanks

Roger
