Hi David and Barry.

I have done what you suggested though the grid lines are still showing on my display. I've run out of paper so cannot check a printed table. Is it possible that the grid lines remain on the screen in either case?

Best wishes.

Couldd I suggest you go into the table, take alt and a, then cursor down to
hide gridlines I think with letter g.
hope that helps

Kind Regards

Hi all.

Can anyone please tell me if it is possible to print out tables in Office
2000 without printing the grid lines. I am creating an assessment form
which has 24 pages and after completion, it would be a waste of ink, having
all the lines printed. Thanks.

Best wishes. Andy from sunny Kilcreggan.
