Hi everybody, as this is scarcely touched on, let alone covered in the instructions I thought I'd put some meat on the bones re replaying live TV on the box. It's a very handy facility. Aside from recording the box buffers up to the last four hours of TV or radio, depending which you're on. If you're watching or listening to a programme and the doorbell or phone rings, or someone comes to the door you needn't miss any of the programme. Just rewind it. The second row up on the remote are the skip back and forward buttons. The outer two skip in one minute increments, the middle two in 20 or so minute increments. In the case of the latter two one press is standard speed, two presses high speed and three presses highest speed. The buffer by default is set to two hours, but you can change it in settings/DTR settings.
