Hi Sharon,
    What you need to do is "right-click" on the Download link and hit on "save 
as". The default is to save it in "my documents."

  I have just registered for the TNAUK Download service, but am having a slight 
problem.  I do not seem to be able to download anything to my PC.  When I 
select the publication, then hit download, the publication opens and plays, but 
does not download.
