[access-uk] T-Mobile Phonebook Backup

Hi,

Does anyone with a T-Mobile contract and who uses My T-Mobile happen to know
how I get to the phonebook backup setup pages?  I saw the advert for it last
week but didn't have the time to action it, but now I can't find it
anywhere.  If I look through the help pages it tells me to find it within My
T-Mobile, but it's gone!

Either that, or if anyone has the web page address to access  it from the
cell phone to set it up that would be grand.
