Thanks for the sympathy, the real problem is I depend on my pc for work, and on 
the I T team to fix it.
I feel my pc needs a power boost, ermm 415 Volts should do it!

Dave, you have my sympathies mate.  Been there, wore the shirt, read the book 
etc.  If you are having one of those days, perhaps you might want to leave the 
phone alone if it works then (smile).  My latest approach is to turn the 
****ing thing off and walk away when it's like that because the more you 
persuade the more you might sometimes (lol).

Have fun.  I don't envy you.
