[access-uk] Sygate?

Hi,
what would be the reason for sygate to get delayed in starting at start-up?
I am using sygate under windows xp home and recently it started getting delayed
five or six minutes at start-up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but no
luck. Any idea?
