[access-uk] Summarry: Centred web content & screen magnifiers.

All,

Thank you to everybody who replied to my question about using a screen
magnifier on a web page with centred content.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, opinions were divided, but the majority appeared
to prefer left aligned content on a page.

Bearing in mind that this is in the nature of a straw poll and doesn't
take into account the type of visual restriction, the degree of
magnification used or any other variable, this is shed somelight on the
preferences of screen magnifier users in this regard.

    Thanks again.

Tink.
