Perhaps the screen reader interface would remove the annoying crashes that occur with SpeakOn. The problem is, I love the Last.fm service, and SpeakOn I think is the only accessible programme out there that has a Last.fm player. Shame they didn't make their own player accessible really, but life goes on I guess and I'll put up with the crashes for now.
