You can go buy a DVD writer for about £70 now and get DVDs for it that store up to 4GB now and no inbuilt encryption unless you are copying DVD films. Not sure on grounds of capacity it has much chance. There doesn't seem to be a selling point to the new format. Regards. I've long wanted something like this. Seems a new CD writer is needed for this, as well as the discs themselves which will carry some copy prohiting scheme for Copyright material.
