Hi List, My friend has just gone over to sky broadband (in addition to other items in a sky package.) He used to be with ntlworld and could use windows mail with no problems. Now however and even though we have sorted out is windows account to accept sky email, it is coming up with an error. (sky cannot validate the password and user name) we know it is the correct ones. Wasn't their an issue a few months ago when all sky broadband users who use windows mail had to go over to Google mail instead of sky mail? If this is the case, can someone give me instructions on how to do this, so I can pass it onto him, as he has no email. he is using vista home premium and jaws 9. thanks.
