Yep, you are wrong. So long as you are a Sky subscriber of any kind, you can
access it.

It does kind of work, but not great. I haven't tried it for a few months
though so can't detail what is and is not accessible.
The thing which annoyed me was that it now seems you have to get sky
multiroom or pay a fee per view to watch programs on it, even if you are
subscribed to those channesl.
Perhaps somebody can tell me if I'm wrong because I hope I am.
