In a terminal window change to the directory with files in it and do;
COPY /b *.mp3 c:\new.mp3

* You could possibly do this from the RUN dialog box as well by specifying
the complete path names )
/b forces binary and mp3s can be joined simply like this.
Change names and directories as required.
