Do you have to pair the Braille Sense every time you want to use it and does it have Bluetooth? -----Original Message----- From: "Jackie Brown" Sent: 26/05/2013, 12:18 PM To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: Samsung Galaxy or I-Phone 5 Hi Gladyth I use a BrailleSense Plus 32. I have it paired with my iPhone, but don't read Braille on iOS too often unless it is with the Kindle app. I have never tried this on Android though, so can't comment on usability. I am interested in a device that writes in grade 2 braille on iOS. -----Original Message----- From: Thomas Sent: 25/05/2013, 11:13 PM To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: Samsung Galaxy or I-Phone 5 The score with it and braille is that it doesn't support many displays, it doesn't [to my knowledge] have a UEB table, and you cannot disable speech while using braille. All somewhat annoying, but I don't use braille very much, so I am fine with it.
