Hi Edward,

Not sure if you are asking only about DOS games or text games in general but
here goes. When I used to play text games on Windows a couple of years back
I used to use the Jaws virtual cursor with the game interpreters and it
worked fine

Please visit the below link which has few games and some good info. It was
the place I learned how to play these games from

http://www.microheaven.com/IFGuide/IFGuide.pl?step=6&c=0

I can email you off list a folder I have which has some interpreters and few
accessible games. As I remember I kept in it only the accessible
interpreters. If interested please drop me a line at info@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

I hope this is what you are after.

Amro

Hi Edward,

NVDA is your best bet when playing text adventures from the command prompt.
It's hit and miss which games will work, but some still do .

Your best bet is to use WinTads and play the old TADS games in Windows.
Let me know if you would like the Interpretter to run the games

Cheers Tom.

easier to do this under Windows.
