Hi Saqib,I can't exactly help you solve your problem, as, as you know, I don't use Windows Mail, but I think your problem is that a setting called something like "leave a copy of messages on the server" has been checked.
Hopefully, another list member will be able to explain how you can access and change the relevant setting.
