Just a hunch, but isn't it the same as the remote training for Dolphin products?

Or we could be right off the mark and maybe it might be something cool like 
network install client server setups.  Which reminds me, I want to play around 
with that with my Supernova.

It just allows you to use the "pro" versions of the OS. You can also buy 
add-ons like Remote Access and Tandem Direct, which, according to the 
documentation, cannot be bought using the standard license.
