[access-uk] Re Windows 7 black Background

Hi Eleanor.
Yes you can change Windows 7 Background to black. Just go to control panel
and tab down to Change Desktop Background. Press enter and tab till you get
to a pull down list box and select solid colours, then you should see all
the backgrounds to pick from.
