It is designed to secure your browser against malware but this security also has an implication for JAWS. I believe some user's have reported this problem to their respective banks to see if a resolution can be come to. If there is a way to operate your account without this software please do so. I know that other banks are using this and wanted to know how easy and accessible it is to use. I found a link saying remind me later so have opted out for the moment as I am reluctant to download until I've found out from other people what their experience of it has been, I've heard it has been problematic in the past, I think it was with Nat West customers.
