Don't you think this is a bit curmudgeonly, Ian? The press release reports how DWP say they will communicate with "blind and partially sighted customers" - which is presumably the terminology that DWP uses; and that RNIB has campaigned on behalf of "people with sight loss" - which we know is terminology used by RNIB. So the press release is strictly accurate, wouldn't you say?
