  Hello everyone

It's also worth remembering that with the Christmas and new year holidays
about to start, that you may not get an immediate response. I believe that you
give them two weeks to find a volunteer and if one doesn't contact you in that
time, then you can ring the rnib back and let them know and give them a gentle
reminder.

  Hope this helps

  Martin

They're still asking for volunteers to do this so yes.

      Hi

Does the rnib still have its volunteer service where if you're having a
computer problem you can get a volunteer to come out and help?

      Thanks
