[access-uk] Push notification on iPhone

Hi all

 

First of all, could someone clarify that push notification will download
emails onto my iPhone when I open the email app rather than whenever an
email comes in regardless of whether or not I've got the email app running.

 

Second, if this is the case, how do I set my email to push notification
only?
