Thanks for that Chris. Another JAWS 11 question: I am using Outlook 2007 and with JAWS 11 it says not selected before every email but not with JAWS 10 what setting could cause this? Did anybody else find that merging settings did not work with 11? I've recently installed JAWS 11 and found that when I tried to merge the settings from JAWS 10 it did not work. I have been unable to alter the punctuation I usually have it set to "none" and cannot remember how to do this please ca someone enlighten me? I thought it was in user options but doesn't appear to be unless I have to alter every punctuation mark separately.
