[access-uk] Problem with real player

I have been trying to listen to this week's in touch but it won't play. I have
a similar difficulty with the listen again facility on bbc7. Anything that
opens up as bbc radio player re the archers or listen again onradio 2 doesn't
cause any problem. Has anyone got any idears as to why this might be
happening? I have uninstalled real player and reinstalled it but to no effect.
