[access-uk] Problem getting downloads to work, please help

Hi

I have been using free download manager until recently when
it decided to completely stop catching my downloads. I can
click a download button and the windows download program
comes in but neither getright or fdm will work. I have just
tried to download a program and for some unknown reason it
keeps failing and I don't know why. I would really like to
get getright to work again as it resumes downloads if they
stop. Something in ie7 is blocking other programs from
taking over the downloads and I don't know what it is. A few
weeks ago, dolphin told me to disable ie add-ons in the all
programs and then accessories and system tools, as far as I
can see, the add-ons are enabled again. Can you please help
with this?
