[access-uk] Outlook Express copy?

Hi all,
A friend wants to copy all files and folders from outlook express to a
disk
for transferring onto a new machine. Can anyone tell me how she'd do this. I
understand copying the dot W A B file, but won't she require more than this?
I believe she's using windows 98.
