[access-uk] Outlook Express Questions

Hello
Could someone please remind me where to look to change my in-coming messages so
that they only display the name and subject rather than the time and date?
Also, where do I look to change the time messages are saved on my server. I am
now down-loading messages on either my main PC or Netbook, and this morning I
had 400 or more to delete?
