Hi,

Why not go to the Microsoft download site and use the free backup utility
they offer for Outlook.

www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=8b081f3a-b7d0-4b16-b8af-5a
6322f4fd01

-b8af-5a6322f4fd01&displaylang=en> &displaylang=en

The above link must all be on a single line to work or do it from the main
link on www.microsoft.com/downloads and take the Office link.
.

The back-up facility is configurable and works well.
