Sorry, Peter. I guess it's back to the drawing board. Try putting *free
ocr* into google and see what it kicks out. I know this is going to be
trial and error but, unless someone else comes up with something, this seems
to be your only option.

I had a quick look on Google and found this free OCR programme:

I've just had a bit of a play around with it and it seems to do the job ok. I had to do a little jaws cursoring but the drop down menu's were totally accessable.
