Yes, you can use the PC Suite to back up your contacts, or you can also back
them up from your phone to your memory card as well.

I'm fairly sure you can use PC Suite to back the contacts on your phone up
but I'm not a hundred percent...I've never read the manual!

What about backing up contacts list, not necessarily synking it, but just
