As you will either have seen already, or will see from other messages, I am
not the only member of this list, who possesses a Book Courier and would
appreciate the information regarding whether the trade-in applies to the
UK.
I hope you do manage to ascertain at some point in the near future whether
the trade-in applies outside the USA.
